Returns & Refunds

Hardware returns: You can return unused hardware within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be in original condition and include all accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Printed graphics: Custom printed graphics are non-refundable. However, the hardware can be returned for a refund if unused.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping to multiple addresses for up to 5 addresses per order. For 6 or more addresses, a fee of $3 per address applies.

We do not cover shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather or customs.

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty: Available for certain products like frames and retractable banner stands against manufacturing defects.

1-Year Warranty: Covers most other products.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.).

Order Corrections

If your order is incorrect or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days. We will correct the issue at our discretion.

Graphic Approval

Graphics must be approved before production begins. Once approved, changes are not possible.

Any changes must be requested before we start printing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any special or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Sales Tax & Resale Information

Sales Tax: We charge sales tax based on your shipping address in the U.S. If you’re exempt, please provide a valid resale certificate.

Resellers: If you are a reseller, please provide necessary documentation (resale certificate, vendor registration, etc.).
